Dear CHS Engineering Booster Club Members,
EXPO 2011 is
fast approaching and we need your help in making it as successful this year as
it has been in the past. Gary Kidwell, the EBC Webmaster, has posted a mysignup
page on the EBC website for those of you interested in getting involved and
helping out with the event. I have included two links to the sign up page for
your convenience. There are numerous opportunities for you to contribute, so
please visit the site and sign up early so we can begin coordinating volunteers.
I would also
like to mention that we are continuing to receive very favorable responses to
the "call for help" questionnaire that was e-mailed two weeks ago.
Many of you have indicated that you would be interested in helping out with the
EXPO, hospitality, grants etc. We will be organizing a volunteer meeting in the
very near future to discuss plans for getting you engaged in your expressed
areas of interest. I will be in touch with more details as they become
available.
