Dear CHS Engineering Booster Club members,
I hope
everyone had a great Spring Break last week. This is a reminder e-mail about
our general meeting scheduled for this Thursday evening. Please connect to the

Our March
EBC general meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 22, 2012. This should be a very exciting and informative
meeting for the parents, as the students will be providing brief
presentations about their respective projects and upcoming competitions.
We will also be hosting another EBC Potluck dinner. Our December
general meeting/potluck dinner was exceptionally well
attended so let's strive to make the Spring Potluck as successful, if not
more so.

This will
be our last potluck social for the 2011-2012 school year, so please plan to attend.
I have
attached a link for the potluck dinner mysignup sheet in order to help determine how many people plan on
attending the function and what to bring. I'll be checking the sheet daily.
As it fills up with names, more spots will be added to accommodate
everyone who wishes to attend.
Please
note that the students and faculty will be attending the event once again, so please sign up early so we can
plan accordingly. We want to make certain we have enough food for
everyone who attends.
